Dr. Thomas-Webb started her career by earning an associate degree in Dental Hygiene. She fed her passion for dentistry by attending Howard University School of Dentistry in 1986, where she ranked number five in her graduating class. Lastly, she completed a 1-year general practice residency.

Dr. Thomas-Webb has gained expertise in family and cosmetic dentistry by working as a State Public Health Dentist, as an Associate dentist in a private practice in Virginia Beach, and as an independent contractor with the Tignor Dental Clinic in Fort Eustis, Virginia.
